All fees for classes and lessons must be paid in the RRCAA office. This includes payment for
classes scheduled at other locations.

Class Confirmation / Cancellation:

RRCAA reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified by phone at least 24 hours prior to the first day of class and will receive a full refund for class and registration fee.

Refunds:

Refunds for class fees are given only when a student withdraws prior to the first day of class. No credits or refunds are guaranteed after that time. Registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given to any student who is asked to withdraw from a class due to disruptive behavior.

Absences and Lesson Make-ups:

All students are required to notify their instructors via the RRCAA office (440-428-5913) at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled class time if they will be absent. Exceptions will be made for emergencies. A student absence from class will not be made up.
